Alden Carroll Counseling

Support that goes beyond coping

Clinical Social Work/TherapistMSW, LCSWShe/herVerified by Psychology Today

Whether you’re navigating life on your own or alongside a partner, you may look capable from the outside while quietly carrying anxiety, disconnection, or the weight of past experiences. You’re self-aware and driven, but tired of pushing through.

I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and trauma. With 26 years of experience, I use integrative somatic and nervous-system approaches tailored to each person and relationship.

This work goes beyond coping. It’s about genuine freedom, deeper connection, and the life you know is possible. You deserve that. I’m here to help.
